My Favorite Weapons
Grog Nozzle
The Grog Nozzel is a pistol aquired through a side quest in the Tiny Tinas Assault On Dragon Keep DLC. Certain side quest will require you to use a weapon they give you
during the quest but if you complete it you will lose the weapon. The Grog is one of these quest weapons so most players will start the quest and never finish it. The
Grog is one of multiple weapons with a crit multiplier, specifically 500% crit damage. The Grog is a Moxxie weapon meaning a percentage of damage dealt will be returned as health
and has the highest return rate out of these weapons. It is an elemental weapon, specifically slag which when an enemy is slagged they will take more damage based on a multiplier
which changes depending on the difficulty the player is on. The Grog Nozzle has a unique effect in which it will make the player drunk causing excess camera sway but also making
the player shoot 5 times the projectiles. Almost every build on every vault hunter utilizes the Grog due to its insane healing capabilities along with hopes of getting the drunk
effect for excess damage. The vault hunter that benefits the most is Salvador and his duel weilding since the healing of the Grog registers damage done with his other weapon
meaning he can constantly heal without even shooting the Grog but you do because the slag it applies is powerful. When the drunk effect applies Sals other weapon gets the bonus
projectiles, and it can make for crazy damage and healing.
Double Penetrating Unkempt Harold
The DPUH for short is another pistol but much more offensivly built. It has a chance to drop from a enemy found early in the base game who respawns and is easy to farm. The
base pistol shoot a row of 7 explosive rounds but with the double penetrating version it shoots 2 rows of 7 doubling its damage output. This pistol is duel weilded by Sal
alongside the Grog due to its insane damage, constantly healing you and with the drunk effect shooting 84 projectiles of high damage.
Pimpernel
The Pimpernel is a sniper aquired as a side quest reward in the Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty DLC. It shoots a projectile that on impact explodes into 5 smaller
projectiles all dealing full damage. If you hit an enemy in the right spot you can get all 6 projectiles to hit a enemys crit spot for massive damage. If playing Salvador this can
be pushed further by deul weilding it with a Torgue launcher applying explosive element and damage to each projectile making it hit even harder.
My Favorite Shields
The Bee
The Bee sheild is an AMP sheild aquired by killing a late base game enemy who respawns or a DLC enemy who respawns making it easy to farm. An AMP sheild means when its at
full capacity your next shot will get a massive damage buff but will take a chunck of your sheild capacity in return. Funny thing though, The Bee doesnt take any sheild
capacity meaning if you avoid damage every shot will have a huge damage buff. Thats all there is to it. Put it on before a boss and watch them melt.
The Sham
The Sham is a absorbtion sheild which drops from a base game boss who respawns making it easy to farm. An absorbtion sheild means it has a small chance to absorb a hit
and turn it into ammo in your pocket instead of taking damage. Again funny thing, it doesnt have a low chance. With enough farming and luck you can find a Sham that has a 94%
absorbtion rate. Pop it on before running through a area with alot of gunner enemys and you will almost never die or run out of ammo.
